Our Chocolate Orange rum liqueur is great as a winter warmer. The orange in it makes it slightly sweeter, smoother than our dark bitter ChocRumba, but still with a dark chocolate kick. Perfect after a meal instead of a piece of chocolate. Really good poured over a good vanilla ice cream, or chocolate cake.

  A traditional hip flask, warming gin based liqueur. Damsons have a wonderful rich plummy flavour. The Shropshire Prune Damson is steeped in gin for 12 months to give a smooth, rounded well balanced flavour. Traditionally served as a liqueur at the end of a meal, or in a hip flask as a winter warmer, it can also be made into a long drink with tonic, soda or a sparkling dry white wine. Wonderful drunk with Stilton instead of Port.

This product is available in both 20cl and 50cl bottles, as well as miniatures.

Seville Orange Gin based Liqueur. Alcoholic marmalade in a glass! Unlike the French orange liqueurs, this is not sweet and sickly. Best served chilled, and drunk neat but also makes a great aperitif served as a long drink with tonic or soda. Some people like lemonade, but I feel that this hides the lovely crispness oranges.

Sloe Gin

Sloe Gin, a great winter warmer, hip flask filler! Similar in flavour to Damson, but less sweet. This has a touch of bitterness for those who have a less sweet tooth. Made with the fruit of the Blackthorn, Prunus spinosa, a wild plum used as a hedging plant. Mix with a sparkling white wine for a fantastic long drink.
